Priere de lumiere

I created this unique engraved and painted stained glass called: ‘Prière de lumière’ ( translation: prayer of light). In the darkest of nights,  when our hearts are heavy, our souls are calling for a prayer of light. A light that warms, soothes, gives clarity, and the gift of a new day.

Like the wonder of a flower coming from a tiny seed in a harsh ground and finding its way to the surface and bursting out in vigor and color.  Small seeds are given to us, beautiful flowers growing through the cracks of our souls, prayers of light, hidden in the darkness waiting to be unraveled.

And so I bend my head, close my eyes and I pray...

'Let there be light...for whoever is lost will be found, who is torn will be healed,

and who is scared will be comforted. Let peace, hope, and love govern their lives."
